Today with Dorsal we have arrived in the magnificent city of the Asinelli Tower. We are in Bologna and, just a short distance from the Meloncello arch with its Baroque architecture and the Stadium, we find the Dorsal retailer of the month for February. Welcoming us is Thomas Pacifici who, picking up the baton from his parents, takes care of the PacificiMaterassi store with energy and passion. A historic showroom known for over 60 years for the quality of the products sold and the professionalism of those who run it.
"The store belonged to my parents," Thomas tells us, "it is a showroom of about 120 square meters. PacificiMaterassi's slogan is "We have been improving rest for generations." A goal that Thomas Pacifici pursues with great energy, since he is in charge of every aspect of the store. "We have been working with Dorsal for over 15 years," he explained, "and there is a wonderful partnership. Over the years I have attended training courses in the company and can confirm that all Dorsal products stand out for their excellence. Those who buy Dorsal always remain satisfied."
A long collaboration under the banner of sharing the natural philosophy. "We used to make a lot of mattresses out of wool," Thomas said, "and our loyal customer is really looking for the naturalness of the products. That's why we are very comfortable with Dorsal, a company that cares about people's health and has a green philosophy that we share 100 percent. Customers appreciate the environmental certifications and the fact that Dorsal uses products that respect Nature." In addition to this, crucial is the collaboration with theItalian Association of Physiotherapy A.I.FI. In the 120 square meters of stores, there are many test stations dedicated to Dorsal products. "Among the new mattresses we are really loving," Thomas specified, "is the Zefiro body, which everyone is falling in love with. Not only mattresses, in the showroom you can buy bed bases (including motorised slatted bases), pillows and Dorsal beds. "We have a beautiful red Simplicity bed on display," he concluded, "which impresses all our customers.
