It is essential that the chosen pillow correctly fills the space between the head and shoulders and ensures a correct postural position. Our advice: the pillow should also be chosen in relation to the mattress.
If the mattress is soft and enveloping the pillow will have medium/low height, if on the contrary the mattress is very firm probably the pillow will have to be higher and medium firm.
