Zefiro's line of single and queen size bed bases uses the Tubes® system as an alternative to traditional slats: a complex network of tubular elements that deviates quickly from'moisture, ensuring a very high level of transpiration and avoiding the formation of an environment hospitable to microorganisms, bacteria and mold. The colorations of Tubes® elements indicate different degrees of stiffness depending on the areas of higher and lower load. Natural and technological, they are made from raw materials from renewable resources.

Environmentally sustainable 7-layer Dorsal slats

For our bed bases (with legs), we have selected multilayer beech slats with unique characteristics. High performance thanks to the 7 layers that make the springing flexible and resistant, they repel moisture through the film that covers and protects them, while the light reliefs on the surface allow beneficial air passages between slat and mattress, for a constant ventilation of the whole Bed System. They are also unique in'aesthetics, thanks to the texture that resembles the grain of the eco-sustainable wood from which they are made.

Airvent fabric elegantly covers the performance fabric part of the Zefiro Support. Highly breathable, it ensures maximum ventilation between support and mattress. Small windows, created by a unique weaving system, create natural and uniform ventilation of the support, increasing air passage by up to 50%. In Airvent is the latest Teflon® nanotechnology has been used, thanks to which is water and oil repellent permanently, leaving the performance of the fabric unchanged.
