"Able to change the way people rest.": this is the motto of Resting Mattresses, Dorsal store of the month in Gela in the free Caltanissetta Municipal Consortium.
Telling us how they became a reference point for those who want to sleep well and healthy in southeastern Sicily is owner Orazio Mili. "I started the business with a small store of 30 sq. m. and immediately turned to Dorsal," Mili explained. "I think we were the first in Sicily to deal with Dorsal products, and since then, 18 years ago, we have never left the Dorsal company, we are in love with it.
A long history of collaboration under the banner of quality and attention to detail. "Dorsal products have always given us a warranty of the highest quality, down to the most minute details," he added, "in almost 20 years we have never replaced a Dorsal mattress or bed base (with legs) and everyone has always been completely satisfied. Today the store has grown from 30 to 300 sq. m., most of which is dedicated just to the Dorsal brand with a new large and modern display of mattresses, bed bases (with legs), pillows and beds.
"We recently renovated the showroom dedicated to Dorsal," the owner added, "and we chose to dedicate most of the space in our large store, about 100 square meters, to the Veneto-based company. In addition to appreciating quality, we also share Dorsal's environmental philosophy, and over the years we have made environmental certification marks such as FSC known to our customers, who are more and more careful to buy products that are guaranteed for the health of both the Planet and people." The store, thanks to word of mouth from customers, has grown and today is a real reference point not only for the Caltanissetta area since customers reach the store from Sciacca, Caltagirone and Catania. The store is well known for those who want to buy a quality mattress or bed base (with legs).
"I love to spend time with my customers," Mili emphasized, "I like to let them try the different solutions trying to understand what they want, what their sleep-related habits are, and how to significantly improve their sleep. Many, after they have purchased from us, come back to thank me or send me a message to tell me that thanks to their purchase they now rest really well, that their quality of sleep has significantly changed and they cannot explain how they did it before on a bed System that was not suitable for their characteristics." "We are in connection with several physiotherapists in the area," confirmed Mili, "and in October we will start doing FisioDorsal days because in the new Dorsal showroom we have dedicated a large room where we could do these events to let more and more people know and try Dorsal products.
