Half a century of history, a new vision of rest
With fifty years of experience in the furniture industry and mattress sales behind them, the Carcereri family has been able to evolve, opening a second store 16 years ago that was entirely specialized in sleep wellness. Today, that journey marks a new milestone: the creation, within the store dedicated to bedding, of the new Dorsal Experience Point (DEP), a modern, centrally located and cozy space where Dorsal colors and materials guide the customer into a 'sensory experience discovering the perfect mattress.

Leading the business is siblings Simona and Denis Carcereri, together with Gilda, in a family-run business that is the real added value of the company.
"Family management has always been our strong point," they tell us, "because it allows us to follow each stage carefully: from the initial consultation to the final delivery. We don't simply sell a product, but accompany the customer toward a result: sleeping better."

"With the new DEP, we have created a true wellness showcase," Simona explains. "Customers are enthusiastic: the layout and explanatory panels enhance the materials and clearly tell the philosophy of the brand."
Natural philosophy and continuing education
What the Carcereri family is particularly proud of is Dorsal's green philosophy: medical devices made from natural materials designed for personal well-being and environmental friendliness.
Expertise is supported by constant training. Over the years, the center has also collaborated with professionals related to AIFi - Italian Association of Physiotherapy, organizing meetings dedicated to back spine health. An initiative that Simona and Denis wish to resume, enhancing the new showroom as a space for dissemination and prevention.
