When it comes to good rest in Genoa, the name Poggi Shopping is an immediate reference point. Founded in 1987 in the heart of Sampierdarena, on Via Antonio Cantore, the company has established itself as a leader in the sale of mattresses, bed bases (with legs) and bed Systems, extending its influence from the city to the Ligurian Riviera.
Today, under the careful guidance of Massimo Palmisano, Poggi Shopping has three stores (Sampierdarena and Nervi) and is a historical partner of Dorsal, with a collaboration that has lasted more than 35 years. We met with Massimo to talk about the new Dorsal Experience Point (DEP) set-up.
The new DEP: a showroom about comfort and innovation
Just over a month ago, the Dorsal Experience Point was inaugurated inside Poggi Shopping, a space designed to give customers a complete experience on rest. Warm colors and green tones, inspired by the brand's green philosophy, make the environment cozy and immediately recognizable.
"The impact was great," says Massimo Palmisano, "The graphics, colors and signage make the showroom most cozy. Everything is designed to make it clear that rest is serious here. And I must say that it works: people stop, observe, ask and, most importantly, choose with more ease."
Dorsal's 14 stations, with two in the central showcase, tell stories of comfort and innovation: from motorised slatted bases (with legs) with Bliss technology to mattresses designed for every need, each product speaks of quality and attention to detail.
35 years of partnership and customer care
The collaboration between Poggi Shopping and Dorsal is a story of shared loyalty and quality.
"With Dorsal, we share fundamental values," Massimo says, "quality, reliability and attention to the environment. Here in Liguria, customers really appreciate the environmental certification of products. Before Covid, Spring Fairs were a regular event; today success is built directly in the store, thanks to a complete and personalized service."
