"We sleep about a third of our lives - explains owner Giuliano, who together with his partner Veronica has run two stores in Rome for 20 years - that's why the choice of mattress, bed base (with legs) and pillow is really important and needs to be well thought out, falling back on quality products like Dorsal's".
The Viale Jonio showroom, with its 180 square meters dedicated to bedding, is a true flagship among all Dorsal outlets in Italy: an example of how collaboration between retailer and company can create a state-of-the-art space that welcomes customers in the best possible way.
"From the very beginning of our activity - adds the owner - we wanted to create a space in our showroom that could arouse interest in our customers and facilitate the moment of trying on, all in a relaxed atmosphere in line with our values. With Dorsal, we were able to bring to life this idea of ours, which is already attracting great interest: all the Dorsal mattress lines are presented clearly and intuitively, even for those who are not familiar with the materials of the different products. The fabric area is also well presented, simplifying the moment of choice, as is the section dedicated to Simplicity beds."
A different environment than the usual furniture store corners, with an intuitive arrangement that also presents the Dorsal corporate philosophy based on respect for nature and attention to personal health.
"Thanks to the set-up - julian comments - it is easy for us to get a better understanding of the importance of the environmental certifications obtained by Dorsal, which definitely make a difference and ensure maximum transparency for the buyer."
Then there is the aspect of well-being. "We organize several events with physical therapists from A.I.FI. (Italian Physiotherapy Association)," he explains The last one in chronological order is September 23 with Dr. Ranzani, whom we thank for his availability and competence. These are events that are greatly enjoyed by customers, who are advised in the choice of the ideal bed System, not only by us who have been passionately involved in bedding for 20 years, but also by physiotherapists who are experts in sleep physiology and can give guidance even where serious health problems exist". An event, the latter of which also allowed Julian and Veronica to celebrate 20 years in business, along with their staff.
In addition to the store on Ionian Avenue, the couple also runs the store on Corso Francia, also in Rome. "We have been working with Dorsal for over 15 years - emphasizes - selling its products in both of our stores, and an excellent relationship of cooperation and mutual trust has been established. We chose Dorsal because of the excellent quality of its products, its ability to be present and at our retailers' side, and the opportunity for in-house training. In fact, we attended all available courses because we care about being competent, specialized, and ready to solve sleep-related problems."
