retailer of the month: it is Spazio Relax. A young store, with its six years of history but
strong with 20 years of experience in the field of furniture. Welcoming us is the owner
Maria Pia, who passionately tells us about her store, her loyal clientele, the feeling with
Dorsal and how she, by recommending Dorsal products, has managed to improve the sleep of so many who
come from all over the province of Campobasso and even from nearby Puglia to receive her
advice.
We wanted to ask Maria Pia a few questions to better understand the characteristics of
her store and her relationship with Dorsal.
Can you tell us the story of Relaxation Space?
For over 20 years, together with my husband, we have operated a furniture showroom always in Termoli:
Spazio Cucina Arredamenti Vitale. Then, 6 years ago we wanted to open a new business
specializing in products dedicated to both bedding and rest in general (sofas and armchairs). The
store serves a very large territory: the whole province of Campobasso and also Puglia.
What is your relationship with Dorsal and what products are featured in your showroom?
The relationship with Dorsal has now been a loyal and established one for more than 20 years (we used to treat the
dorsal products in our furniture store). The products we display are many:
motorized anatomical bed bases (with integrated motors), supports with three-dimensional elements
(Multy Point technology), Medical Devices, Grand Soleil mattresses, Elisir with Mousse Gel and Natur
Memory, pocket-spring mattresses (Suite) and a wide range of pillows for every need.

harmony with nature, it does not go to neglect the impact on the planet's ecosystem. We feel that we
have a lot of feeling with your company as we believe that attention to the environment
is of paramount importance today. From our daily experience, we see how there are
most customers who are most impressed with the eco-friendly choice made by Dorsal.
What do your customers tell you when testing a Dorsal bed System?
When trying out a Dorsal bed System, the client has a perception of well-being almost
immediate, in other cases the trial has to be repeated most times because individual adaptation is slower and
gradual. In both cases, the feedback we receive from the customer is positive about the quality
of the product. We must also say that there are many of our customers who return to the store to
thank us for the advice and say they are very satisfied with Dorsal bed Systems.
Do you remember any special anecdotes about how Dorsal has improved the rest of your
customers?
In several cases, Dorsal bed Systems have partially or completely resolved pathologies inherent in the back
with a well-being that after time our customers have confirmed to us.
